5 June 2024: This exhibition is themed "Worldwide paper traders all gather at Paper Expo China." Through brand display, forum exchanges, procurement matching, trade cooperation and other forms, it aims to build a one-stop procurement platform for the upstream and downstream of the papermaking industry.

Paper Expo China is hosted by the papermaking associations (society) in Guangdong，Jiangsu, Henan, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Guangxi, Fujian, Hubei, Jiangxi, Hebei, Shanxi, Hunan, Yunnan and Shandong Light Industry Machinery Association，and the Federation of Trade Unions of the Papermaking Industry of Guangdong Province; and supported by the Russian Wastepaper Processors League Assosiation,Indian Pulp & Paper Technical Association, ALL Pakistan Paper Merchants Association, Myanmar Pulp and Paper Industry Association, PITA--Paper Industry Technical Association, the Guangzhou Packaging and Printing Industry Association, the Zhaoqing Printing and Reproduction Industry Association, the Foshan Nanhai District Printing and Packaging Industry Association, the Shenzhen Guangming District Printing Industry Association, and the Zhuhai Printing Association.

The exhibition was visited by paper manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, purchasers, suppliers, distributors, designers and other buyers from all over the world. A total of more than 200 brands from home and abroad displayed their featured products, technologies and services.

At the same time as the exhibition, 2024 International Cooperation and Development Forum of Papermaking Industry & the 7th Paper Industry Seminar of Ten Provinces(Areas) and 2024 International Papermaking Equipment and Paper Procurement Matchmaking Meeting were also held.

2024 International Cooperation and Development Forum of Papermaking Industry & the 7th Paper Industry Seminar of Ten Provinces(Areas)were  attended by leaders of relevant associations (academies), industry experts, technicians, corporate representatives, etc. from China, Russia, Pakistan, Myanmar and other countries and regions to discuss and exchange industry hotspots, report on the development of the industry in key papermaking provinces, and share cooperation opportunities in the international market.

2024 International Papermaking Equipment and Paper Procurement Matchmaking Meeting has paper purchasing exchange areas and equipment purchasing exchange areas. Many buyers from Myanmar and Pakistan conducted "one-on-one" on-site exchanges with Chinese exhibitors.
