Recycling Today has announced that the Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference Europe (PPRCE) will return 7 – 8 November 2023. The event will be at the Melia Sitges Hotel, a resort near Barcelona, Spain, that offers comfortable rooms and a spacious, fully equipped Convention Centre, making it the ultimate destination for this conference.
The PPRCE has established itself as the essential gathering for the European paper and plastics recycling sector, attracting industry professionals for more than a decade. Europe’s policies for handling and processing recovered materials have been evolving, influencing companies’ operations on a global scale.
Last year’s conference provided insight into the European Union’s recycling policies and standards, with an opening session that featured representatives from the European Waste Management Association (FEAD) and the Confederation of European Paper Industries (CEPI) saying that, despite the approval of the European Union’s Green Deal, the EU falls short on ideal recycling policies. The upcoming PPRCE builds on these engaging discussions from a global perspective.
Presented by Recycling Today Media Group, a leading international publisher of Recycling Today and Recycling Today Global Report, and supported by an advisory board of industry experts, the PPRCE provides participants with a platform to explore and engage in discussions on the pressing issues affecting the recovered paper and plastics markets in Europe and beyond.
This year’s event gives attendees an unbeatable quality experience at a new more affordable rate. Discounted rates are also available. Registration for the Paper & Plastics Recycling Conference Europe is opening soon.
